HB Milk Stout brewed in late October. I kegged 5 gallons over Apex toasted coconut, and still had enough to fill two bombers, but without the coconut. Cool evening tonight, just right for sipping it by the fire.
Personally I would either brew something else with the Voss, or wait until you can get the correct yeast for this recipe. Obviously do what you want, that's just my opinion.

Same, I don't watch any network tv, mostly YT videos, news, and sports. I guess I've noticed an uptick in Spanish language commercials, but that's ok. I can largely ignore them just as easily as I can ignore the English language commercials.

Yeah, same here. My local shop stopped carrying White Labs yeasts. I decided to go with SafAle WB-06. Probably won’t be exactly the same but I can’t get WLP380 unless I order online, and it’s getting too warm to take that chance.
