Hi everyone,
as my title says... I do have fermenters that I can pressurize to do pressurized fermentation, transfers etc....
When I want to transfer from the racking arm to a co2 purged keg I always end up with some hops or yeast clogged in the keg post or ball lock fitting...
Yes I do drop...

I want to share this simple but so tasty recipe. I wanted to do a brown ale at first but decide to use a pack of W34/70 that was in my fridge. I did a few pressurized fermented lager recently with success si I had to try it for a brown lager. I was skeptical to use 1lbs of crystal 80 but I...
soooo... an update to my initial post. I had a pint of this very tasty beer and the result is awesome. I am glad that the crystal 80 got into that beer because it really balance the quite agressive Columbus hops and ass just enought sweetness. I would not brew it without crystal malt...I would...
I milled the grains last night to save time for tonight and totaly forgot to look at my post... so there is 1 pound of crystal 80 in the grains... cant go back. I will see how it turns and I would like to try the same recipe without the crystal 80. I think that there is more IBU's than a...

so just a quick update... I poured my first glass of that beer last night and its pretty damn good... I will add my final recipe soon. I finaly smoked all my Marris Otter grains in my Weber smoky Mountain with maple chunks for a little less than 2 hours. Ive put the grains in perforated...
I did only one NEIPA using 100% Cryo Pop... I dont know what was missing but next time I will mix them with some ''regular'' hops. I would use only 1/3 Cryo Pop max... it wasnt bad but it was far from a very good NEIPA... we learn each batch we brew I guess.
