    Sip from the freezer of my first HM limocello. Hybrid trad and sous vide. Couple of days in 100 proof vodka, 3 hours sous vide at 135°F, then a couple of more days on the zest. Sweeten with monk fruit so no additional calories. This is really good. Letting it mellow for a week or so, then try it...
