Hey, I am sharing pancake recipe. You can add or less accordingly. Can you share your own??? so than i can make
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of gluten-free flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar or sweetener of your choice.
- Add 1 beaten egg, 1 cup of milk (dairy or non-dairy), and 1 tablespoon of melted butter or oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Let the batter sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
- Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until the edges are set and bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve your gluten-free pancakes with your favorite toppings, such as fruit, nuts, or maple syrup.
