I'm looking to build a sanke washer so I can stop taking the damn spears out.
Plans online seem overly complex. Why isn't it this simple?
- Three buckets/containers - Rinse water, hot PBW, and sanitizer.
- Modified D-coupler with two hoses - one going beverage in and one going gas out (although likely drilled out to the same size as bev in).
- March pump attached to the "in" hose.
- Leave the coupler attached and just move the houses through the buckets in order, (rinse, PBW re-circulated, rinse, sanitizer) and then blowing out remaining liquid with c02 at the end?
What am I missing? Is it this easy?
