I've decided it's time to move to pressure fermentation and spunding valves. What advice can you give an old man about it? I'll be using ball lock kegs for it, as I have 8 and don't need more than 2 or 3 ready at 1 time. Price isn't much of an object, as initial investments usually pay off, but these seem popular.
