The grainbill that i construct is mainly for texture in the beer. I want my double ipas to have a full velvety mouthfeel. To almost drink like a barrel aged stout.
It was awesome. Brewery is really nice if fits the name. They had 8-10 guest beers outside. Fidens jasper with peacharine, north park tipa and a west coast Pilsner, mikerphone toppling Goliath barrel aged stout, Horus barrel aged stout as well and a bunch of local breweries. I didn’t get to try...
