Home Brewing Biography
Got a Mr Beer kit like in 2012. Started watching Chop and Brew, Gash Slugg, Secue01, DonO & Craigtube and Bob’s yer uncle.Started off doing LME on my stovetop, then Brew in a bag from kits, then right on to all grain. Had lived in Brussels and love Trappist beers, Guze and Kriek, lived in Southern Germany and grew partial to Pilsners an Hefeweizen. Loved thinking about the magic that fermentation is and wanted to get a handle on it in the way a wizard might (and queue the Toccata & Fuge in D minor). After all, everybody has to get in touch with there inner sorcerer at some point, am I right.? And I love washing equipment. Hahahaha

Time to wade into the open fermentation pool. Time to try my sorcery with good old indigenous Vermont bacteria.
