I'm a noob. My wife surprised me with a brewing setup for Christmas, 2019. A friend of hers brought her one of her husband's home brews, and I guess she liked it. Now it's my job to keep her supplied. (She may regret having gotten me started (for more reasons than one, if I don't turn out a beer at least as good as the one she got from her friend).
I'm within a few days of bottling my first brew: Block Party Amber Ale from Northern Brewers.
Future Brews
I have a Bavarian Hef kit, a White House Honey Porter, and an Ace of Spades Black IPA waiting in the wings. I'll probably start the Hef next week after I bottle the Block Party Amber Ale. If I find a brew I really like, I'll probably stick with that one mostly. For the near future, anyway.
