about 2.5 degrees over mash temp. For dough in I go a bit higher. Closer to 10 and then back down.

I run the stout chiller and so far Its been great. I need to get around to welding it to the table but for now I just lug it out and put it in a meat lug on the garage floor.

Went w stout stainless chiller. Was much cheaper. Love it. Went w diff/cheaper pumps. You can always just get the kettles. They are big so 70 inches will be real close.

One of the sale points in the old bait switch on the Z was that it was supposed to be highly user serviceable. I see they lied about that as well.
