    Both batch’s were great, but the orange pith came on a bit strong in the bread yeast batch.

    Thank you for posting this, I tried the bread yeast recipe and also tried a Lalvin D47 recipe. Both turned out wonderful. The only thing I might change on the next batch’s would be to use less of the orange rind when fermenting. Cheers to you all!
