    Stainless table vs equipment stand

This. Otherwise, it depends on what else you want your setup to play nicely with. I considered the equipment stand at first for the exact same reason, but then realized that the height of my stainless sink matched the stainless table (and was higher than the equipment stand). Being able to...

Add gelatin to keg or to cold crashed fermenter?

I always add gelatin solution to keg and then rack on top, exactly as you said. My rationale is: 1. Reduces introduction of oxygen by opening the fermenter, and 2. better mixing of gelatin solution with beer. Not sure that others do the same, but I can attest that this method works just fine...

    Vienna SMaSH recipe critique

I love Vienna in SMaSH beers, and have done a handful. Though like others suggest, I typically aim for ~1.052 and ~35 IBU to prevent hops and malt from overwhelming each other. I did a Vienna Amarillo SMaSH a few years back, and it wasn't bad, though I probably won't SMaSH with Amarillo again...

    Stout Yeast

FWIW, I have had good luck with Nottingham in Irish Stouts, fermenting on the cooler side (62-63 deg F).

    Vienna smash all grain

I have done a Vienna/Mosaic SMaSH a couple times, and it is delicious. I mashed at 152.

Recipe Critique - Mosaic Only APA

Looks great! I do a Vienna and Mosaic SMaSH with identical OG and about 35 IBU, with a lot of late hops and about 2 oz of dry hops. It's a real crowd-pleaser. The Honey Malt also works well with Mosaic -- try Brulosophy's MACC IPA recipe if you haven't already. I tend to use 090 for APA/IPA...

New Mexico Stout 9.2 Gallon Kettle, Immersion Chiller, Glass Carboys(Albuquerque, NM Local Only)

Whirlpool arm was custom bent by Zach at www.stainlessbrewing.com, and cam lock was attached with a compression fitting. I think he has a non-custom version available now. Bobby at BrewHardware.com also has some good options. Good luck.

Examining possible solutions to issue of sulfur smell from Perlick 650ss faucets

Wow, a huge thanks to agrazela, sctcts, and LBussy! I followed Lee's instructions on my two 650ss, and the sulfur smell is gone, even on the first pull after a week out of town. What a relief! In my case it was sparkling mead on both 650ss faucets. One was worse than the other, but it had...
