    German Pils Saphir Pils

    I have this sitting in the secondary and it smelled amazing when I transfered it and somehow I managed to ferment it down to 1.010! What does everyone think of dry hopping with the remainder 1oz of Perle AND the .5oz of the hallertau which i subbed for the saphir? would this be to much?
