So I tried the Whole Keep your Beer in the Primary Longer this Time Around...

2 months during Katrina. Evacuated for the storm mid way through primary fermentation and had no choice but to let it do it's thing while the hurricane did its thing. Came out interesting to say the least

    Brewery names--what's your story?

Cerebral Beernication Brewery as a play on cerebral fornication. My first homebrew was an Irish stout that came out with far too high of an alcohol content. In the words of Sam Jackson, "it'll get you drunk!"

    Primary Fermentation Time

So I'm still pretty new at this, I've made 20 gallons so far. I know that primary fermentation typically takes between 4 and 7 days, but what determines this? Building a wort chiller

Does anyone have any suggestions on making an copper wort chiller. Sure I could buy one, but it's so much more fun to build things yourself

    Chilling wort

Being into homebrewing I'm just like all the rest of you and like doing things myself as opposed to buying premade goods. I want to build my own copper wort chiller with Home Depot supplies. Any suggestions?

    my first brew

Consider it added flavor. As much as it's nice to have a perfectly sterile area to brew, a few bugs shouldn't do you too much wrong.
