    Hello there, I started my first extract beer (a bock) at december 30, and left for 2 weeks fermenting (although the recipe said 4-7days). After that, I putted the extra sugar that the recipe said and bottled, and left them for 1 week. Then, I putted them all in a fridge and left for 2 weeks...

    So...boil again the water with dead bread yeast and join to the honey with water? I was thinking about temperature of the water...should I warm the water befor ading to the honey?

    Hello. I'll make mead. 1:2 ratio. I will use 1 Kg of honey and 2,9 L of water, (honey has a density of 1,42 g/mL, so it is 2,84 L of water).
