I did a partial Boil of around 4 gallons starting. And steeped in the same amt.
I got my saphir from Northern Brewer.

You could sub in some more Hallertau if you can't get ahold of any saphir.
I also fermented this very warm about 82-85 F with a brew belt.
I've actually brewed this twice more since the original post. It's definitely in my lineup now.
you can also add a bit of pectic enzyme or liquid pectinase to the fruit after you crush it to aid in extracting the most flavor and aroma prior to adding it to the fermentor.
