    What Sanitisers and Cleaners are used.

    I've been warmed against using chlorine (bleach) as it can affect my stainless steel and can also leave a bad taste if not thouroughly rinsed. I live in Peru, so no access to PBW, sta san, isodophor, etc. Not even access to Oxyclean. How can I make my own cleaners/sanitizers?
