Quick update on the bcbs 1 gallon clone I started in March i tried my first.bottle last night, flavors are mild bourbon vanilla chocolate and oak overall turned out pretty good
I saw a thread where us 05 was used after the first ferm was done then after that one is down move to secondary and add bourbon soaked cubes or etc and let it sit for at least 6 months or etc depending on how you oak it like cubs spirals etc
wow i have missed quite a bit here
just bottled zombie dust clone got 8 bottles out of it
will bottle hopslam clone this weekend
and will move goose island bourbon county stout to second and add in willet bourbon and 1 oak cube to age for at least 6 months unless after tasting its ready sooner
