    Bread recipes from used mash????

    I have not tried this but am willing to bet it would turn out pretty good. I have been on a kick making my own breakfast bar/ protein bars starting with a 2 cups of oats, 2-21/2 cups of powdered milk, 1/2 -1 cup soy protein, 1/2 -1 cup sugar,white or brown.     Do I have a problem

    thanks Jamba . I do clean my vessel about every 2-3 batches , but thinking about it the temp my be the culprit. I keep it on the counter next to the fridge but temps here in the house are pretty low in the middle of the night. Maybe thats it, may look into a heating pad...
