Did this recipe and the King Sue ever get to a point where it was a full on clone? Ive read through the thread and it seems it makes a great beer just not the same

Thanks, I have a NEIPA profile but never tried an American Wheat so didnt know what I should be aiming for. I was searching for an American Wheat water profile but couldn't find one. I was initially going to go with Beersmiths yellow balanced:

I have just made a clone of Timothy Taylors Landlord which is a British ESB. Turned out very nice. Got it hooked up to my beer engine so pours just like it would in a bar back home in England.
I have a HERMS system with two pumps. I don't feel the need to clean with PBW after every brew. I think its a bit of a waste TBH. The first pump is used for the hot water so this pretty much cleans and sanitizes itself. I also use it to flush the HLT coil during the sparge which keeps that nice...
I have the hop stopper 2.0 and I find it works perfectly, I do however use a pump with it. I had the hopstopper one and it worked fine providing you slowed the flow down to a trickle before the top of the hop stopper was exposed. With the 2.0 there is no need to do that.
