This is my 4th batch of beer. I added the same pack of sugar i have used for all my kits, i get it form AHS and it is a small package of corn sugar p remeasured for carbonating. IT has been 2 weeks since the beer was in the bottles and I have opened about 5 now and EVERY time, it foams like...

I found several sites with VERY VERY GREAT prices on a big variety of hops. I just ordered 1/2 lb of cascade, chinook, and centennial as well as some amarillo.

I bought some Pyramind Thunderhead IPA and it was barely drinkable....it was quite awful really. A 6 gallon carboy should work fine, that is what I am using and the Apfelwein is coming out fantastic.

Well, I know some brands that I love, but not sure what recipes out there match up with them. I have had guinness, love dogfish head, love sierra nevada, the only beers i truly dislike, are "light" beers such as miller, naty light, bud, coors, etc....yuck... I am just not good at pointing out...
