    Aging Brett Beer in Corny Keg

    I have a Brett beer that I brewed about 2 weeks ago. I’m planning on transferring to a keg to age for a while. Is there any reason to cut the dip tube on the keg? I wouldn’t think I would need too but maybe someone on here has experience.

    Aeration after chill

    Typically I get my wort down to about 80° then throw in the fermentation chamber overnight to chill down to pitch temp. For those that do it this, do you aerate before pitching yeast or just pitch?
