    Blow off v air lock

    New Brewer here. My beer is on day 8 in the fermenter and the bubbles are now one every 2 minutes through the blow off tube. Is it "harder" for CO2 to get through and exit the blow off tube at this stage of fermentation versus through an air lock? Thanks for this great site.

    Wort chiller

    New brewer here. Do you put the wort chiller into the boil pot with a few minutes left to go on the one hour boil or put it in Star San for a moment and then put it into the boil pot at flame out? Seems like the plastic tubing might melt if it's put into the boiling wort. Thanks.

    Sticky LME

    Does anyone have any good tips or tricks for getting all of the LME out of the plastic bag into the boil pot? I soak it a hot water which loosens it up, but it's still difficult to get it all out.

    Priming sugar

    I'm new to home brewing and find this site a wealth of information. The brewing books I've seen say to dissolve priming sugar in boiling water before adding the wort. The kit that I have now says stir the pack of included priming sugar into the priming tank with no direction to boil first...
