    mmm... Sunday

Woke up too drunk from last night to go back to sleep. The only solution is to start again. Hair of the dog is the best cure they is. Also, I'm spending some quality time with the ol' music collection, which is always a good time. Hope everyone enjoys Super Bowl Sunday as much as I am.

    question on grilling bacon-wrapped steak

I'm taking advantage of some unseasonably warm weather here in mid-MO to fire up the grill. I'm cooking filet mignon wrapped in thick-cut bacon. Do I need to pre-cook the bacon at all, or will the time it takes for the steak to get medium-rare on the grill be enough?

    Ying Ling clone recipe

My buddy from the east coast is missing one of his favorite beers from home. Does anyone know a decent clone recipe for Ying Ling? It would be a dream come true for a coast dude stuck in the middle of Missouri.

How much propan do you all usually go through in a full boil brew session? I'm getting ready to do my first all grain brew and need to know how much to get.

    licorice spiced stout

I'm brewing a spiced stout for my next batch, and have some questions about when to add some of the seasonings. I'm using brewer's licorice, star anise, paradise seeds, indian sarsaparilla, and maybe a few whole cloves. I know I can just toss the licorice stick in at the beginning of the boil...
