***NEW PRODUCT*** The Yeast Brink from Nor Cal Brewing Solutions

Do you ferment in the Speidel under pressure?

    No oxygen dry hopping

Yep, here is a video demo of that.

    No oxygen dry hopping

I believe NorCal Homebrew shop sales yeast brinks that can be used to dry hop. https://www.norcalbrewingsolutions.com/store/Yeast-Brink-1.5-Inch-TC-2-Inch-Sight-Glass.html

    No oxygen dry hopping

I saw someone do this in a fermentasaurus and all he did was vacuum seal the magnets just to be sure it was safe for contact with the wort. Pulled the outside magnet and dropped hop bag completely in the wort. I'm sure you could use two magnets turn the bag upside down and pull the bottom magnet.

    GOOD on Netflix STREAMING?

The innocent man at least wraps up in 3 or 4 episodes I believe. It's pretty jacked up.

    GOOD on Netflix STREAMING?

The Umbrella Academy is pretty good. For those who like Making a Murderer watch The Innocent Man...its nuts.

    1 Vessel Electric Brewing

You say overpriced and a better "brain" than the SS V1, but neither of those other options are SSVR capable, which means the "bag" in BIAB would have to be protected and/or not come into contact with the heating element. Another negative is with the protruding temp probes on the other two...

Please help. Wife made me do PowerPoint for electric brewery budget approval

High Gravity Wart hog controller, blichmann boil coil, you already have the pump that will save some dough. EBiab is cheapest and easiest but you could easily do a 2 vessel with the items mentioned above and another kettle. https://www.highgravitybrew.com/store/pc/Brewing-Systems-c269.htm...

I'm liking this show. My wife is 1/2 Czech...they can all drink, cook, and eat. I want to go there.

I've thought about doing the hose thing except with a heavy plug in the end and holes in the hose, so it pulls the hose down and kind of sprays the recirc mash through out the mash...not sure if that helps anything just liked the idea of lodo recirculation.

What are you listening to (music!!!) right now? Embarrassing or not... share

Gillian Welch - Hard Times Depressing songs but damn well written and sung. https://www.google.com/url?q=https://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3Dk35haKwqY14&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwiI8cL96LTfAhXnna0KHfc8BToQyCkwAHoECAoQAQ&usg=AOvVaw0haU7C6Mz8SgZXcz32fVKk

    High Gravity Custom eBIAB System

I recirc really slowly throughout anyway. Don't see the point of opening it wide open really. I think the whole point of mash recirculation is to help with temp stratification. Im doing full volume no sparge 5 gallon batches so the trickle still keeps temps pretty solid throughout the vessel. I...

    High Gravity Custom eBIAB System

Here is another good resource. http://www.********************/uncategorized/grain-conditioning/ Has a video I believe too. Also an article by Kai on the subject.

Bucket is what I use. But if you have a plastic bin that would give you more surface area that would be better I believe. But it's not necessary.

https://www.brewersfriend.com/2010/01/16/malt-conditioning/ This method. Pretty easy stuff. If you count the time you need to let the malt set after wetting it takes 15 to 20 total. Really if you crush your own grain the only other thing you need is a spray bottle.

I'm a broken record... but malt conditioning is really easy and water is cheaper then rice hulls. You should try it once without rice hulls and see what you get. I literally hardly get any flour and I crush fairly fine. The barley hulls are fairly intact.
