    Primary to Secondary, leftover juice on bottom?

    I'm not being cheap but what about the headspace? There's always sediment on the bottom but the juice gets cloudy, like a glass or two when I tip it so I just leave it behind. Every time you rack you always lose some right, should I just top it off with water?

    Bottle wine in beer bottles with caps

    I'm having trouble collecting a ton of wine bottles and I have like 100+ 500ml beer bottles. Bottling beer with the crown caps the beer can hold the carbonation so there shouldn't be trouble for the wine right. Should I attempt this?
