    BIAB first attempt. Infected?

That looks like yeast to me. US-05 is a top cropper, so not unusual to see that. I'd crash it, package and carb, then drink up! :)

    High Original Gravity

Your OG is definitely high for the style (American Stout?), bitterness is a bit lower than I would go for, but in style (assuming the Nugget was your bittering hop at 90?) BS estimates 7.8% if I use my equipment profile, so definitely high, but I like a "strong" stout. You have a bit over 5%...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

    Halfway through the boil on my house IPA (93% 2-row, 3.5% C40, 3.5% Carapils, Simcoe @ 60, Cascade/Amarillo @ FO, C/A DH):

    Converting Kegerator to Dual Tap

Is your tank mounted outside the kegerator? You can run a single line in, then use a "y" fitting to splt the line to feed two kegs. Unless you need very different pressures for your beer, you should be fine with a single regulator. You'll need beverage line to run from your second keg to your...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Mashed in a RIS about 2 hours ago, boiling now. Planning to innoculate this one with oak and bourbon, then forget about it for six months or so..... :) Missed my pre-boil SG, but overshot the volume, so settled in for a longer boil than planned to adjust. Whatever, I'm brewing, the sun's out...

    MBC Mosaic Mo' Betta Clone

I got this one into the keg yesterday morning, and force carbed it at 30 PSI until this afternoon. Pouring the first pints this evening on about 9 PSI, and, I have to say it's pretty darned close! It's a bit undercarbed still, but initial impressions are that it is very smooth and drinkable...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Too nice of an evening in NorCal to waste, so, what's a guy to do?!? Mashed in at a little after 8p. My first NEIPA ("Juicy Bits" clone.) Nailed my mash temp, so we'll see where she goes from here. Got lazy and didn't mess with my water, so no clue what we're going to end up with, but I know...

California SS Brewtech 10 gal InfuSSion Mash Tun $300 (Redwood City)

Arrghh....unsold, so back up for grabs. Need to re-post on CL, but for now.....10G SS Brewtech InfuSSion mash tun. Used for about 5 batches, works great. Holds mash temp really well, and the false bottom does it's job of keeping the grains where they need to be. I've switched up to smaller...

    What are you drinking now?
