What Sanitisers and Cleaners are used.

Yes Maximum 1 cup for 5 gallons. Pay attention to the directions/ recommendations regarding water temperature as well. It really helps for me when I have stubborn and stuck trub.

    What are you drinking now?

My last brew had was a lemonhead shandy. Pretty good overall brew. Wife and I have a race tonight, so the HB will have to wait untill tomorrow. Maple Nut Brown Ale for a post race desert!

    Consistantly cloudy?

extract's and just a few all-grains. Yes, there is a fair of amount of sediment at the bottom of the bottles. I will have to try much better to remove the sediment and give whirfloc tablets a shot.

What do you do when life gets in the way?

I am getting to that point in my career and family life as well. I am looking into building/ investing in kegging my beer instead of bottling. Bottling seems to take quite a while, though nice to take with it defiantly has its drawbacks.

    Consistantly cloudy?

I have brewed a few batches thus far from Guiness clones to light Ales and all brews have come out cloudy. Most all have secondary fermentation. I have tried Irish Moss as well hoping the clarity would improve with little to no success. Any ideas?
