    Made a rhubarb lemon apple wine today 1 3/4 gal rhubarb juice 3.6 Qt simply lemonade 1 Qt semi-sweet apple juice? Just because 3 pounds corn sugar 1 pack d-47 3 tsp yeast nutrient S.G reading just under 1.080 See attached. there just laying there doing nothing was the lemonade to much...

    ok all I have 3 gal of rhubarb juice and 177.4 lbs of this years honey looking for something to do with it well maybe use 6 or so lbs of the honey for now can anyone someone toss me a few 3 gal carboy use's for my rhubarb please :confused:

    Has anyone used this steam juice extractor just got one and did a lot of apples was great way better than a juicer Anyhow if anyone can answer or knows can I use a gallon of juice for apple wine/cider the book says use a couple pints or the apple taste will be too over powering any response...

    how long to carbonate my melomel

    Bottled and crossing fingers also carbonated 11 750 ml bottles of pear-pineapple mead/melomel. How long do or should I leave the bottles out too carb.
