    Mojito Meadness

    I made a batch of this yesterday using cotton flower honey. Started to strain out the bulk of the solids, then decided to throw the mint leaves and lime zest in the fermenter after all. We'll see how much I regret this life choice in about 6 weeks. Also, threadromancy for the win! :D
