yes, the viking ipa ended up being really good! nice and hoppy like I wanted! Next time I may copy it and switch from crystal 120 to 60....for a little less color. It was really dark, but then again thats not necessarily a bad thing

i just kegged this Viking IPA w/ greenbelt yeast....took a taste test before it was fully carbed. Wayyyy good! Wayyy hoppy! i hope it finishes out like I think it will:D

looking for a good way to get into lagering on a budget? Keeping fermentation down in the 50's as recommended without spending thousands on a walk-in freezer/frig. I know you can put a johnson control on a frig, but alot of frigs have a hump bottom, and some wont even hold a 6 gallon...

maybe i don't know much about them, or the exact model regulator body i have. I say it's broke, what is happening is the pressure slowly rises no matter where I have the regulator set at. after a few minutes it will trip the release valve. The other body seems just fine
