    What type of yeast, beer, and ferment temp are you going to use ? Only time I have was an imperial ale that was aerated with o2 and fermented at 65, really blew out pretty good for almost two days, other than that nothing else with ipa’s lagers and ales.

    Imperial blonde down to 1.011

    She finally gave up bubbling mid morning lol right at 1.010, started at 1.070 so should be 7.87 abv. I put it out in garage to chill a little bit, bottle caps came today so I will bottle it tomorrow night. I used the bry-97 yeast that came with the kit. I am looking forward to this one...
