    Unitank and spunding

    I think cornie PRVs release at 60 - 100 psi. Definitely want something that would release at or below max design pressure since these are safety devices.

    Lifting the bag

    I made a small wooden table that I u-bolted some gas pipe too. Works perfect for lifting the bag and stows really small. The entire brewery fits in a portion of the guest room closet. Maybe you could build something similar to this.

    I have not. Haven't really seen the need with the floating diptube and a week or two chilling in the kegerator

    I also do closed transfers into my serving kegs that have CBDS in them. I hook the fermenter outlet onto the keg beer post and run a line between the keg gas post to the lid of the fermenter to keep everything closed loop. I don't have a good means to cold crash the fermenter, so what I found...

    Brewing software

    Brewfather user here. I haven't really tried many of the other softwares out there but that's because brewfather does what I need. Recipe generation and use is easy. Water additions seem to be pretty accurate. The inventory management and integration with Tilt sold it for me
