    Why in the world would you intentionally bleach plasticizers from the acids into your final product? How difficult is it to go buy a 1.3 gallon glass jar, or thoroughly wash a 1 gallon glass jug, or buy a half gallon mason jar? That is very definitely not the place to save a dollar producing...
