Major thread resurrection here! I still have a single remaining bottle of most of the ones I reviewed for this post, as well as a couple others. Basically a full case of 24 bottles, one from each batch. These beers are now anywhere from 15-17 years old, and I'm kinda curious to finally finish...

Yeah, one thing I really keep meaning to do is brew another Belgian ale, put it in bottles, and forget about it for a while. Those definitely age the best.

Ugh no one likes to hear a tale of woe like that. It's worse that it was sooo close to being drinkable too. I've had a 100% failure mishap at the very beginning, when I was boiling wort, but not in any of the later stages. My condolences.

I just kegged two brews! Before I did, I took a part the beer side ball lock connectors to clean them, and I think I heard a piece fall out when I disassembled one. I couldn't find anything, so I thought maybe it was nothing, but lo and behold, when I put it back together and tried to connect...

I have been using this same burner for about four years now, on and off, mostly off lately. I was going to just buy a new piece, but I'll give your re-pressurization suggestion a try first. EDIT: Just went out and tried it, and it totally fixed it! Thanks!
