    you can find quite a bit of DMS in miller lite as well. i wish i could say why i know why rolling rock has it, but it does.

    no, they don't. each main brew's yeast will be collected and sent to these storage tanks. they'll collect enough sample for their brew, take a cell count, and adjust how much they pitch depending on final wort volume, cell count, and target pitch rate.

    i'm home from school and have been working crazy hours at the catering/pizza business i worked at in highschool. my boss has 2 sub zero walk in freezers and 4 GIANT walk in coolers (~40 degrees). he also has vent hoods and giant giant giant stock pot burners and stock pots to boil 40+ gallons...
