yeah I can cold condition it, so if I cold condition it for a week or 2 it should clear fine.

Since I started using gelatin in the secondary and crashing my kegs, my beers are crystal. Add some gelatin before you chill your secondary.

2.5 Tsp added to a cup of warm water, let soak for 30 minutes and then heat to 180 degrees to completely dissolve. Let cool slightly and then toss it into your secondary.
