Nice. I like the idea of 100% "locally grown" beers as niche styles. I am glad to see many states working with local growers to help develop sustainable businesses.

can you share some information on the ingredients (including the producers) , your expectations and then final results? I'd be interested in following this. I done brews with partial sourced stuff but never a 100% local. I guess yeast doesn't count although I supposed one could harvest yeast in the spirit of locally sourced.

Sugar Creek malts, Crazy Horse hops, and Seib's Hoosier honey.
My only expectation is beer.
I'm not bold enough to harvest wild yeast.
 
I just received some Sugar Creek malts for my next beer. Looking fwd to it.
