My first all-grain with my "new" mill.
I've been using that same mill for a few years now.
It does the job. Not fancy but effective.
Just be sure to never turn it backwards when there is grain in the hopper.
They probably all have the same issue but I only have a Phil's Mill to compare to :).
Now that I think about it, the Phil's Mill might not have that issue, or it will have a much smaller effect.
 
In the fermenter after an overnight no-chill.
