Hi

I’m Neil, a retired IT consultant. I have been home brewing since 2012 and currently use a Grainfather G30 Connect, Conical Fermenter Pro and Gcast.

I tinker with electronics and computers, so I also use a Tilt Hydrometer with TiltPi. I’m currently trying to put together a Tiltbridge too. I like to monitor and understand what my brews are doing.

I generally brew darker ales all-grain and bottle condition them. Currently drinking an oatmeal milk chocolate stout for me and an orange and cinnamon wheat beer for the wife.
