Has anyone tried dry hopping via the use of Hopzoil (as opposed to pellet hops) as a means to reduce oxygen exposure during this step? If so, how did it turn out?

I have not but a late addition or whirlpool with cryo hops works really fuggin good.

I've used hopzoil FreshHOP in many glasses trying to determine correct profile and it was (generally speaking) not appropriate in hop profile. I ended up dosing a keg and it was ultimately dumped down the road. I would NOT recommend the FreshHOP variety unless you're into an intensely "green" and perfumy character.

I believe the hopzoil TrueHOP varieties would have been much closer to what we're normally looking for in a glass of beer, but never got around to trying them out.
