Made this habanero and jalapeno cheddar a month or two ago. Opened it up today to make cheese sticks for college foot ball watching.
I used annatto to make it orange, but again (3rd time in a row) the annatto failed. Not sure what's gone wrong with that stuff, but I now have a new container. Cheddar ended up an unsatisfying white. Sticks were awesome (froze them before frying. Coating is cornstarch/flour, then eggs, then panko bread crumbs. I should have including a picture of the cheese ooze, next time
