This beer turned out pretty good. The ABV came out a little above aim, but that didn't take away from the beer at all. I want to try brewing this again with a nice peppery belgian yeast. This is almost the exact recipe I am brewing this weekend! I wanted to design a blonde that would be great for summer. What yeast did you use? I am splitting mine between us-05 and wyeast french saison.
