I just came back from Bamberg after my second visit in the last year. Some fantastic lagers. Though when I was griffenklau they had a pamphlet outlining their process which did mention anything about minimizing oxygen hotside.
Doesn't mean to say they don't do it, but they make fantastic beer and I was just wondering what breweries are known to have a LODO facility?
