John Maier is the head brewer of Rogue Brewery in Oregon. A homebrewer since 1981, Maier graduated from the Siebel Institute's brewing institute in 1986. He worked at the Alaskan Brewery before coming to Rogue, where he has been brewing since May of 1989.
