This article discusses a specific variety of hops. For general information about selecting, using or propogating hops, see the main hop page

Pacific Coast Cluster, sometimes also known as Old English Cluster, was one of the earliest Cluster hop varieties. Many of the current Cluster varieties, often sold simply as "Cluster," were derived from this hop, which is itself believed to have derived from native American wild hop varieties. The original Pacific Coast Cluster has mostly been supplanted by better-producing, disease-resistant varieties with similar characteristics.

"Pacific Coast" and "Old English" are used interchangeably as part of the name of this cultivar, and do not indicate where it was grown.
