    Sediment in bottom of keg.

Sorry, man, but I think you lost your beer. It sounds like there is something really wrong with it. I won't be able to tell you what until it's properly sampled and the cause identified. You'll have to send me whatever beer you have left. I will make sure it is properly dealt with.

Sounds like he's saying that there should be a new SOP ASAP for BYOD for new AI in the latest KB in the MS OS to make the GUI and UX faster without risking OOM from the EEPROM or crashing the NVMe, IDK.

    Newb scorches LME

Sanipastize! I think we're both right. Although both reduce harmful pathogens, pasteurization can only be achieved by heat.

    Newb scorches LME

I suffered the same scorching problem as other extract brewers. The simple solution for me was late additions. After steeping grains, if any, heat water up to ~150°, remove from heat, add about 10% of your extract, and continue the recipe as instructed. About ten to fifteen minutes left in the...

Is this a hop or not? Found them scattered in my yard only. None in neighbors. Poisonous to my puppy?

Might be helpful to tell us what part of the world you're from.

Best names for your beer batch?

When visiting local taprooms/breweries, I always look at beer names and wonder how they came up with them. Some are pretty obvious, others are not. The names can be funny or punny, but rarely embarrassing. However, I would be too embarrassed to name my beers anything of the sorts. Idle Robot...

Ahhh... that checks outs. Makes sense too. In that case, I have no recommendations.

Best names for your beer batch?

I am the world record holder for the worst name giver guy in the universe. I literally have beer names for my house beers like "Beer drink", "Amber Bamber", "Mmmm, beer", and "Cluster f**k". The last one is a Cluster S.M.a.S.H and I can't even take credit for the name. I need this whole AI...

Like higher ABV or batch size? You could just order two of the same kit and or add ABV booster to your order. Corn syrup/sugar can do the same thing though.

    Keg monitoring

+1 for the Plaato system. With a keezer, they should fit just fine. The only complained I've heard about them is the temperature feature. My kegerator fits 3 kegs fairly snug so, unfortunately, the Plaato system was out. I made my own Plaato-like scales. Obviously, it requires some DIY, but no...
