Looking to sell a Grounded Brewing Technologies 15 gallon eBIAB setup. This is an awesome eBIAB setup that I would love to keep, it’s just that I recently moved to a house that doesn’t have space on our panel to add an extra 240v outlet.

Anyone with this system - what’s the max grain bill you were able to do in the mesh basket? I am looking to brew up a stout soon that’s 25 lbs of total grain. Hoping this system can handle that much grain

Currently brewing on a Grounded Brewtech controller and kettle which is perfect for my brewing needs when making 5+ gallon batches. I am hoping to start brewing smaller batches (2-3 gallons) of higher ABV beers, but I think my current system is too big to accommodate that.

Lactose (or maltodextrin), sour in the kettle, then add fruit purée directly to keg. I wouldn’t recommend trying to bottle these styles of beers unless you ferment out all the residual sugars in the fruit (but then that probably wouldn’t get you the flavor profile you are looking for
