Just to be specific it's not so much the "sodium percarbonate" itself as this particular chemical is fine. The issues is that many of the formulations that use Sodium Percarbonate also use an additional agent called "sodium metasilicate". Sodium Metasilicate is the specific ingredient that is...

It's important to understand what you are asking for. Different vessels are designed for different applications. For all our fermenters we make wide neck as our company philosophy is that a fermenter is something you should be able to get into and clean. With kegs you generally do not get...

In the latest update we have updated the network libraries that are used to connect the device to wifi. We still have some older stock in circulation with older network libraries that have more connectivity bugs. So now that the firmware is updates I think you will find future updates easier...

    Duotight beer filter

Yes I would tend to agree with this. The usage of a large 10inch filter housing does introduce some risk. For dark beers like stout or porters this some oxidation will not be very noticeable but for light flavored beers you will certainly have to manage this risk.

I personally use biofine but this really requires you to be able to crash chill so as long as you have glycol cooling or chamber to put your fermenter into this is the way to go. I also sometimes use this device to prevent a small amount of particles getting stuck in the draft system too...

Nukatap and/or Intertap individual part availability?

We have to make sure we get replacement seals to the retailer and communicate that to them. In order for you to get the best customer service experience we would like to reach out to the retailer to make sure they have some replacement stock they have received free of charge. If you have...

Nukatap and/or Intertap individual part availability?

Which retailer did you purchase the product from?

Nukatap and/or Intertap individual part availability?

I would just contact your local retailer or point of purchase for these and then if you send some photos of the issue they will probably send a complete seal kit for free but that is between our American distributors and you as a customer.

Nukatap and/or Intertap individual part availability?

I am not sure if this helps at all but the washers are slightly different. In the past we manufactured the Intertap taps with a nylon cup washer. Nylon is hard wearing but it's not as slipery and it also doesnt have quite as good chemical resistance especially when you are using highly acidic...

    Oxebar Keg?

Great. Thanks for that clarification. Also even in the case of a leak the thread tape is probably not going to help this type of thread. As you can see from this type of thread design that was made by the ISBT: https://www.isbt.com/assets/Threadspecs/1165371-1_SHT1.pdf You can see the thread...

    Oxebar Keg?

The PCO 1881 thread was designed as a bottle thread standard where it was a wedge seal where two smooth surfaces of rigid plastic seal against each other. No rubber or flexible material was used as flexible rubbers/elastomers are generally a weak spot and cause oxygen ingress as oxygen...

    Oxebar Keg?

When we first decided on the dimensions of these kegs we decided to make the diameter only 155mm so we could get a large number into a kegerator without taking up much floor space. With that said as you have suggested you can knock them over easily. One easy solution is to use this CO2...
