I have been trying to find a way to monetize my love of homebrewing. I have no desire to turn pro, as the market is completely saturated. in addition, i am not smart enough to compete with the knowlege and skills that so many have.
But a home based shop is an interesting idea.

I too have 2 5lb bottles and a 10lb for charging. If they don't have a new aluminum bottle at refil time, i just tell them to gimme a call when they get more in.

but seriously folks, i got a pound of dried sweet orange peel so it looks like there will be more than one Blue Moon clone in my future.
Just found out that my very good friend is turning 61 next month and is having a party. I am brewing 3 batches for it. His favorite commercial beer is Blue Moon so I just ordered some dried sweet orange peel so I can make him a clone. Will be brewing tomorrow night.
I will say that it gets easier, more expensive, sure, but physically easier LOL. Mine are 21 now and both entering their senior year of college! next major expense is weddings... I can hardy wait
